The role
SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with various needs
To work with small groups and on 1:1 basis
Helping to plan and prepare educational materials
Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their full potential
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience

A genuine interest in working with young children in a primary school setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
Can display good behaviour management skills
