Competitive Basic Salary
£50,000 to £60,000 OTE
Plus Car Allowance

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager/ Lister or Valuation Manager looking to progress their career with a national brand.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring that all business objectives are being met. Maximising opportunities and optimising profitability will be objectives, whilst ensuring that the Branch provides outstanding levels of customer service at all times.
To be considered for this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;
- Strong Estate Agency experience
- People leadership skills
- Pro-active, positive attitude
- A track record of success in Estate Agency
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
You will need a Full UK Driving licence and access to your own car.
