Office Based - Manchester 5 Days A Week

Role Purpose:

As a Software Implementation Consultant you will take on the key role as a technical lead in a fast paced customer projects team. The successful candidate will participate in sales meetings with potential clients to provide insights and help define the scope of upcoming projects. After the scoping phase, the consultant will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution of the integration.

What you will be doing:

The role will encompass attending sales calls to provide technical support consulting with prospects/customers agreeing on suitable deliverables. Complete technical Statements of Works and ensure all parties are aware of the agreed solution being delivered and deliver projects end to end ensuring all deliverables are completed within agreed timescales (Comms Connectivity / System Implementation / Business Rules Configuration)

What experience you'll have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in C++ and SQL

• Previous experience working in 2nd Line Support Role now looking to move up in your career

• Experience with IT and Networking

• SFTP Server and API Technologies Experience

• Strong Communication Skills
