Prison Project in Staffordshire
£300/350 Day Rate (CIS / Limited Company)

Our Client is keen to appoint a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a significant project on a Prison in Staffordshire.

You will manage the installation of 11 Mechanical boiler rooms, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This project will run for 40 weeks, with potential for future opportunities based on performance.

Right to work and a clean criminal record are essential.

Must have eligibility to work in The UK.

Upon successful application, you will be subject to Security clearance that will be conducted by the prison.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing and managing subcontractors

* Liaising and coordinating with the tier-one main contractor

* Conducting quality checks and ensuring H&S compliance

* Preparing progress and program reports

* Managing cost variations and commissioning arrangements

* Handling day-to-day site management, including meetings
