Electrical Design Engineers (Building Services)
Intermediate (2+ years experience)
Our client is an energy solutions provider who design, build, operate and maintain efficient low carbon energy projects. Projects include hospitals, large communal heating / district heating schemes, power stations, solar farms, HV, battery storage, energy centres, Retrofit accelerator platform for public and private sectors
You will be responsible for elements of electrical design including electrical plant layouts, switchroom and substations layouts, equipment and cable sizing, lighting design, containment sizing and building services design.
Our client is growing year on year looking to double the size of their business in the next 5 years. They have a current turnover in excess of £200million and offices / hubs nationwide.
Key areas:
AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech & Dialux. Lighting design, wiring design, Solar, BMS, CCTV, DNO, HV, Fire / Gas alarm design
Basic requirements
Educated to degree level in electrical engineering or building services engineering (MEng or BEng) or similar (HNC / HND) having experience in either consultancy or contractor background. Good understanding of current Building Regulations
Renumeration
* £40,000 - £55,000 (depending upon experience)
