Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Location: Edinburgh
Due to the nature of the role, hybrid working is no available for this role.

iO Associates have partnered with a prominent and well respected law firm based in Edinburgh.

Due to expansion and steady growth they are looking to hire a talented IT Service Desk Analyst to join the team. You'll be working alongside one other analyst, reporting into the technical team in the south.

The key requirement here is problem solving, this role is based in the office and face to face work is integral to the position. People will come to you with day to day IT issues and it will be up to you to work with them to come up with a solution.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience of delivering Office Support in a similar role
• Experience of delivering excellent customer service and enjoyment in communicating with people of all levels
• The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining a good eye for detail and strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A degree of flexibility
• A strong IT skill set
• Ability to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
