Lead Full Stack Developer (React Native)

Are you an accomplished Full Stack Developer that has a love for creating mobile apps with experience of leading a Team? We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to contribute significantly to the development of our client's mobile application. This is a rare chance to oversee a small group of developers working on an essential component of our client's E-commerce platform and provide solutions that will have a significant influence on their business.

Your role will involve leading a well established, small Team of Developers assisting them in creating and managing a critical mobile application for our client's E-commerce platform. Working closely with other areas of the business, you will make use of your React Native knowledge to design, create, and manage end-to-end solutions that are reliable, scalable, and user-focused.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Experience in React and React Native development.
• Expertise in using Redux for state management, ensuring a smooth and efficient data flow.
• Full Stack Development Skills: Proficiency in both Front End and Back End development, with a deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and the ability to design and maintain complete solutions.
• Modern Front End Expertise: In-depth knowledge of modern Front End development practices, focusing on creating responsive and high-performance user interfaces.
• Excellent Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: A commitment to learning and growth, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Essentially you will have a solid background in E-commerce. Any experience of working within the Travel Sector would be an added bonus!
