A brilliant new opportunity has opened up with a well-known retail Bank for a Chapter Lead specialising in Artificial Intelligence.

This will be a senior technical position in the business where you will be spearheading their AI initiative, setting best practices, driving strategies and AI governance across the bank. You'll be liaising with stakeholders regularly and ensuring that the engineering teams across the business are adhering to the AI governance that you will implement.

The role would be perfect for someone who loves innovation, is keen to dive straight in to things and have a real impact with the work that you're doing. You'll be constantly looking to push the boundaries and make sure that you're at the forefront of modern technology, bringing the bank with you!

This is a permanent position with a salary on offer of up to £130k Depending On Experience + comprehensive benefits package. They would like you to come to their London, Bristol or Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis (twice a week), this can be flexible and negotiable if required.

Skills and experience needed:

• Experience in implementing AI initiatives from the ground up
• Background working in regulated and/or financial environments
• Adaptable and eager to work in a transforming business
• ML Libraries - PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Expert level understanding of AI/ML algorithms and data flows
• Passion for AI and a constant up-to-date understanding of new features/products
