Working with a large childrens charity supporting children with all types of care from mother and baby units, residential homes, sexual exploitation, well being homes, respite and more.
ZG Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Childrens Residential Support Worker based on an ‘0 hour contract'. This will be a permanent role but offering flexible bank work providing a work life balance for those who cannot commit to a full time rota. Shift pattern options; 24 hours, long days, short days and nights.
To apply;
You must be a driver with access to your own car.
Ideally you will have experience within a children and young people (this doesn’t have to be via employment).
Ideally you will have awareness of factors impacting on and issues facing vulnerable children and young people however this will be covered in a full induction and ongoing training.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar setting, but this is not essential.
It is essential to be willing to work hard and ensure all parents and children are safeguarded at all times. It is also essential to complete a Level 3 in Children and Young People qualifcation, this will be paid via the organisation.
