TimePlan Education are currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join a SEMH provision in the London Borough of Camden. This is an incredible opportunity for those eager to contribute to the growth and well-being of students facing behavioural challenges.

While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for supporting young people and who can demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural difficulties.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
Supporting students with their emotional and mental health needs.
Collaborating closely with teachers and other professionals to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
A flexible and adaptable approach to various situations.
