While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for supporting young people and who can demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding in challenging situations.

Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural difficulties.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
