We are currently working with a southern based building services/M&E company that are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high value projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Role:

* Manage mechanical projects, ensuring planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

* Coordinate with stakeholders, monitor site progress for compliance, prepare project reports, manage risks, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

* Excellent Communication Skills.

* Able to multi-task complicated actions.

* Able to work collaboratively with multiple departments

* High Commercial Awareness.

* Strong Negotiation skills.

* Strong Leadership ability.

* SSSTS.

* Higher Education Project Management Qualifications (desirable but not essential).
