They are looking to recruit passionate and experienced Support Workers on a permanent basis. Your new role
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Children's Support Workers to join a fantastic organisation on a permanent basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised care and support to young service users, helping them develop skills and improve their quality of life.

Provide person-centred care and support to children.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and educational tasks.
Support children in accessing community resources and participating in social and recreational activities.
Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with children, their families, and other professionals.
Monitor and record the progress and well-being of children.
Promote independence and encourage children to develop new skills.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children.
What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role.
A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to make a difference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A valid driver's licence.
