Wilson Recruitment are seeking a Internal Sales Executive for a leading supplier in the mechanical services, heating, plumbing, and air movement industries, the business has built a strong reputation for its success.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide customers with knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable service, while optimising branch sales and gross profit.

* Operate with efficiency and accuracy, even under pressure.

* Maintain and develop the company’s culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter, and delivery service.

* Deliver excellent customer service and sales support, both in person and over the phone.

* Serve customers face-to-face at the trade counter.

* Assemble customer orders and perform other warehouse duties as needed.

* Handle general office tasks, including filing and scanning.

* Take on additional duties as requested.

* Manage account ownership and update CRM systems.

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills.

* Excellent analytical abilities.

* Ability to work cooperatively within and across departments as part of a team.

* Strong personal organization skills.

* Innovative mindset, capable of challenging the status quo and suggesting improvements.

* Self-initiative and drive to excel.

* Commitment to being the best at what you do.

* Deep understanding of customer needs.

Essential:

* At least 2 years of hands-on experience and knowledge of materials for mechanical services, plumbing, heating, and air movement.
