Quality Systems Engineer responsibilities include -
Recognise customer specifications and how these correlates with system capabilities.
Implement and maintain up-to-date quality management systems.
Implement and review plant processes, work instructions, and relevant documentation.
Ensure that project timescales are adhered to, and changes are documented correctly.
Collaborate with a quality team, assisting with general problem-solving.
Liaise with management to help drive the correct training and improvement across the site.Quality Systems Engineer desirable skills and experience -
Experience working within a similar role (Quality Systems Manager etc)
Trained auditor within systems such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, IATF 16949, and VDA.
Confident working with Quality KPIs - Scrap, PPM, CAPA, etc.
Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC), or relevant training.Quality Systems Engineer benefits include -
