We are looking for a hands on Senior Apps Support Analyst required to: A) Design and automate the installation of COTS software products on RHEL and Windows Operating systems. B) Configure, maintain and support ArcSight SIEM toolset (ESM, SmartConnectors, Logger and ArcMC). C) Investigating/Resolving issues with ArcSight SIEM toolset. D) Experience of creating bespoke custom (Flex/Regx) Connectors E) knowledge of PowerShell. F) Creating and maintaining design, installation and support documentation.
We will consider a combination of the above skillsets where an individual does not have all the requisite skills.

Design and automate the installation of COTS software products on RHEL and Windows Operating systems

Investigating/Resolving issues with ArcSight SIEM toolset

Good written and verbal communications skill
Ability to interact at all levels of an organisation (both internal and customer)
Experience of creating bespoke custom (Flex/Regx) Connectors
Creating and maintaining design, installation and support documentation
