Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our self-organizing team, where you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining a key application that manages FTP policies across multiple business units requiring funding from the Treasury department.

What You'll Do:

• Play a crucial role in both front and Back End software engineering, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
• Work within a DevOps framework, ensuring the team stays in control as a software delivery unit.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, product owners, and other partners to translate backlog items into effective technical solutions.
• Act as a sparring partner for various teams, helping to improve the BusDevOps way of working, fostering team ownership, and sharing your knowledge.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate the latest developments into your work.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with strong proficiency in Java (Java 11 and Spring).
• Experience with distributed software architectures.
• Proven experience in hosting applications in the cloud, particularly with Azure.
• Strong background in Back End development, with some exposure to Front End (web) development.
• Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Build, and Continuous Deployment practices, tools, and trends.
• Familiarity with Java development best practices, IT architectures, and commonly used development tools.
• Proficiency in writing SQL database queries.
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and Splunk monitoring.
• A flexible, proactive attitude with a strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
