What You'll Do:

• Lead the Way: Oversee the entire production life cycle of our Style 2 Avatars, ensuring every project hits the mark on time, within budget, and meets our high-quality standards.
• Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with talented artists, designers, technical partners, and Art Managers to define clear project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Keep Things on Track: Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor progress, and adapt to evolving needs to keep everything running smoothly.
• Be the Communication Hub: Manage seamless communication and workflow between internal teams and external partners, keeping everyone aligned and moving towards our goals.
• Solve Problems Like a Pro: Anticipate potential issues and tackle them head-on with creative, effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Drive Progress: Lead regular project meetings, facilitate updates, gather feedback, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Showcase Success: Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project status, achievements, and outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a production role within the gaming or technology sectors, with a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of the creative and technical processes in digital avatar production.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a talent for building and leading high-performing teams.
• Communication Prowess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, skilled in negotiation and adept at managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
