Must be UK Based with the ability to travel to client on occasions
(Contract or Fixed Term considered)
As a Maximo Support Specialist, you will contribute across a range of projects central to supporting both the As-Is and To-Be asset management systems and services through the upgrade from Maximo 7.6 to Maximo MAS8.
In the Maximo Support role your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to or lead Maximo 7.6 support functions across multiple environments
- Coordinate the technical and practical prioritisation of development, support and configuration tasks
- Hands on ownership of Maximo implementation and support
- Drive continuous improvement of Maximo systems
- Coordinate with third-party support suppliers
- Deliver ITIL best practices
- Contribute to an evolving Agile environment
- Contributing to and coordinate DevOps colleagues
- Ensure success through collaborate with business & technical functional teams
To be a successful Maximo Specialist you will need demonstrable experience of:
- Extensive experience in Maximo 7.6 implementation and support projects.
- Exposure or knowledge of Maximo Application Suite/MAS8
- A breadth of experience across Maximo functionality, support, configuration and releases.
- High proficiency in SQL
- Strong understanding of Agile best practice
- Familiarity in engaging with and delivering to DevOps practices.
- Familiarity partnering with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong client facing skills, with the ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations.
*Please note candidates must be UK Based with the ability to travel to client sites, predominately in the North of England and Scotland on occasions*
