Network IT is working with a client in the West Midlands, near Coventry, who are looking to take on an IT Trainer with Dynamics 365 CRM training experience. This will be a 6 month initial contract (Inside IR35) and will initially be 2 days per week onsite, with the possibility for more onsite working during the training and go-live period.

Our client is currently in the midst of a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, which is being managed by a third party. With the current project timelines the CRM is due to go live early in 2025, so they are looking to add in an IT Trainer with specific Dynamics 365 CRM training experience in preparation for this.

You'll spend the first half of the contract building up training materials

Our client already has 2 trainers in place, so you would be supporting a pre-existing team in bringing expertise on Dynamics 365 training specifically.

Essential Skills:
- Must have experience in training users on Dynamics 365 CRM (please note this is essential, we cannot consider your profile if you have not got Dynamics 365 CRM user training experience)
- Expertise in building up training material for eLearning and in-person training sessions
- Able to deliver training via in-person sessions and via MS Teams/online presentation sessions
- Collaborate with other trainers, to upskill them in Dynamics 365 CRM
- Supporting users with issues through go-live phases, including floorwalking
