This role is mainly remote, with very occasional office/client visits.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Assist in trial preparation
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop case strategies.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
2+ years of experience as an attorney is preferred.
Experience in construction defect or insurance defense
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
