You will lead a dynamic team of sales representatives, empowering them to achieve their sales goals, while also crafting and executing innovative sales strategies to uncover and chase new business opportunities. The perfect candidate will boast a solid history of sales achievement and a knack for forming strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Inspire and guide a dynamic team of sales representatives to surpass sales targets
Devise and roll out innovative sales strategies to grow our client base
Perform market research to uncover new potential clients and growth opportunities
Empower sales representatives through comprehensive training, coaching, and support to enhance their performance
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure clients receive exceptional service
Dive into sales data and trends to pinpoint areas for improvement and maximize sales effectiveness
Keep a close eye on sales activities and performance, providing regular updates to management
Receive 50 high-quality leads on your very first day
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in home sales
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Goal-oriented and highly motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
