We are looking for a Finance Product Manager to join one of our Lloyds Market Syndicates. A new capability is being established within the Operations team to improve daily operations and address ongoing challenges. This role will be vital in driving operational transformation, optimising business processes, and ensuring data quality. The Finance Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Portfolio Strategy to solve operational issues, manage risks, and prepare for future projects.

You'll be great for this job if you:

• Have a background in Lloyds finance with a good understanding of finance principles such as accounting, GAAP, and IBNR.
• Have experience working with finance teams to drive operational and process improvements, enhance data quality, and support business operations.
• Bring a consultative approach, as the role involves working between business teams and IT.
• Possess analytical and consultative skills.
