Licenced Aircraft Engineer

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.

Job Spec:

As a Licenced Aircraft Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will help to drive the delivery of the flying activities at alongside your Client and Military colleagues by taking a Whole Force' approach to our activities and ensuring that Client's excellent safety and delivery reputation is always maintained.

Day-to-day, you will have the following Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all CAA part 145 paperwork.
• H&S of all equipment and reporting of any faults and diagnostic problems.
• Providing a CRS signature when appropriate to release an aircraft to service after either defect rectification or scheduled maintenance.

Essential experience of the Licenced Aircraft Engineer:

• Aircraft inspections, repair and maintenance
• Sound understanding of partnering and alliance between customer and contract.
• Line support tasks
• Type Rating on Grob 115E aircraft and Lycoming 360 engines.
• Have previously worked in a pt.145 environment.
• Experience in the aircraft maintenance industry.

Qualifications for the Licenced Aircraft Engineer:

• Recognised SHEQ Qualification
• Working knowledge of safety management systems (SMS).
• EASA/CAA Part 66, B1.2 license.
• Clean driving licence.
