Senior Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse/Practitioner Opportunity – Hertfordshire
Are you an experienced Scrub Nurse/Practitioner looking to advance your career in a cutting-edge facility? We're offering two exciting opportunities—one full-time (37.5 hrs) and one part-time (30 hrs)—to join their busy Theatre Department.
About the Role: Join a dynamic Theatre Team, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-quality patient care. You’ll be involved in managing and organising care within thier state-of-the-art operating department, working closely with top consultants in orthopaedics and other specialties. Your responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth theatre operations.
* Collaborating with a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
* Supporting patients through various surgical procedures with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered with the NMC/HCPC.
* Strong clinical skills, particularly in orthopaedics.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in orthopaedics, hip/knee arthroplasty, and ACL reconstruction is a plus, but not essential.
Why Join?
* Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 per annum (equivalent to Band 6/7, depending on experience.
* Training: SFA training provided if required.
