Quality Assurance Analyst sought to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands.

This hands-on role is permanent, full-time based onsite at the company’s Meriden office.

As Quality Assurance Analyst, your key duties will include:

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies
Review and analyse requirements and specifications
Design, create, and maintain test cases and scripts
Perform test case reviews and provide feedback
Identify, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks
Analyse test results and report on software quality
Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met
Contribute to DevOps practices, including test environment setup and maintenance The successful Quality Assurance Analyst will demonstrate:

Experience in software testing and quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies
Ability to lead and mentor a QA team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with DevOps practices and tools
Experience with test automation tools is desirable
Knowledge of SQL and database testing would be beneficial
Understanding of Agile development methodologies is desirableBenefits:
