Contract: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only
Salary: Final salary based on experience

Responsibilities:
* Actively engage in supporting students’ daily learning and developmental activities.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND in the Early Years setting.
* Participate in the continuous assessment, recording, and reporting of students’ progress.
* Ensure that all students experience a high standard of physical and emotional care.
* Assist with students’ personal care and medical needs as required.
* Collaborate with the class teacher to facilitate lessons both within and outside the classroom environment.
Requirements:
* An Enhanced DBS check demonstrating suitability to work with children and young people.
* Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs, particularly in an Early Years setting.
* A relevant teaching qualification demonstrating your knowledge of effective teaching practices.
* Confidence in communication with the ability to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and parents.
