As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will:

Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase.
Support, coordinate, and assist in the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
Provide clinical and managerial leadership to ensure quality patient care.
Lead patient care delivery during specified periods.
Ensure adherence to patient safety policies.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
Promote evidence-based practice.
Apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.Package and Benefits:

The Lead Theatre Practitioner role includes:

Annual salary of up to £48,000.
25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.

Desirable: Mentorship qualification.
Experience in an acute healthcare environment.
