As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will:

Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase.
Support, coordinate, and assist in the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
Provide clinical and managerial leadership to ensure quality patient care.
Lead patient care delivery during specified periods.
Ensure adherence to patient safety policies.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration.
Post-registration qualification relevant to functional specialty (e.g., Advanced Scrub Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant).
ILS certification.
Major Orthopaedic experience.
Desirable: Mentorship qualification.
Experience in an acute healthcare environment.
