Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Contracts Manager – Commercial Glazing Systems will involve:
* Contracts Manager position managing the design, fabrication and installation of a range of commercial glazing projects including: aluminium curtain walling, windows & doors
* Liaise with internal departments on a regular basis to ensure smooth running of projects
* Producing RAMS and health & safety documentation
* Ensure that installation is to specification and quality standard
* Ensure that materials, deliveries and installations are in line with the agreed programme
* Checking and authorising payments to subcontractors
* Attending pre and post tender meetings as and when required
* Carry out snagging and final sign off
* Managing projects ranging in value from £10,000 to circa £1,500,000
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager – Commercial Glazing Systems experience with:
* Must have Project Manager/Contract Manager experience within the fenestration market sector
* Ideally will have a strong background dealing with architectural glazing, curtain walling, fire rated glazing, structural glazing, windows & doors
* Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
* Full UK driving license
* Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
