Location: Greenwich, South East London

Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to support students with challenging behaviour ranging from ASD and ADHD
Working in the inclusion unit within a Mainstream School
Implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies to address individual student needs.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.Behaviour Mentor | What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in a behaviour mentor, counselling, or similar role within an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
A proactive and empathetic approach, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
