Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer - Manchester - Salary up to £38,000
CBW have a new opportunity for a maintenance electrician with a multi skilled background to join a leading facilities provider. Covering commercial contracts on a mobile basis throughout the Manchester area.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required
Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update Logbooks
Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
Repair and servicing of electrical equipment, PPM & reactive.
Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenancePerson Specification:
Previously worked within a maintenance environment
Experience of electrical systems management and paperwork
Experience of working with business critical equipment
Post apprenticeship experience within a maintenance environment
Recognized Electrical Qualification
City & Guilds 18th Edition in Electrical Installations
City & Guilds Test and InspectionSalary & Benefits:
Competitive salary between £36,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Van & fuel card supplied
Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (to be confirmed)
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Generous workplace pension scheme
