Connectment Energy has been operating in the sector for around 13 years, focusing on Renewables and the wider Infrastructure markets. Our team recruit within EMEA & US and are looking for consultants with experience and capability to work within these locations.

We have rapidly expanded our operations by developing current clients and winning tenders with principal contractors over the past year. We now require several 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. We have opportunities for Recruitment Consultants, Senior Recruitment Consultants and progression to Recruitment Team Leader.

Overview

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the Energy Sector, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their specific staffing needs, and identifying top-tier candidates within the energy sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with industry professionals, contributing significantly to client success and candidate career development.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the energy sector, understanding their staffing requirements and providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies.

Utilise various channels and networks to source high-calibre candidates within the energy industry, including job boards, social media, and industry events.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles.

Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client. Conduct follow-ups to guarantee client satisfaction and candidate success.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the energy sector to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.

Depending on location coverage working hours may vary.

Requirements

At least a year of experience as a 360 recruitment consultant demonstrating a successful track record in placing candidates in various roles.

In-depth knowledge of energy industry. This includes market trends, key players, and job roles within different sectors such as renewable energy, oil and gas, and utilities and infrastructure

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, candidates, and colleagues.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to create compelling job offers to attract top talent.

Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple client relationships and candidate pipelines simultaneously.

Experience working within EMEA markets would be advantageous.
