Customer Experience Team Leader

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000

Kerry Collins Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for someone who has knowledge of Exports and previous team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. The customer has been established over 100 years, with offices across the UK and further afield too.

The company are now looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader to join their team based in Smethwick. The role offers a salary up to £31,000 per annum depending on experience, with additional benefits package to include 34 days holiday (inc bank holidays), an enhanced pension scheme, a perk box subscription, BHSF Health Scheme, a fantastic employee awards package, along with the opportunity to develop skills and experience.

Hours of work are 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.

As the Customer Experience Team Leader, your duties will include:

Overseeing and optimising the sales order processing activities
Managing and supporting a team of 5 which includes the credit control team
Managing sickness, absence, performance development and carrying out one-to-ones when required
Managing the sales orders process for both UK and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Being the main point of contact for escalations and communication between the warehouse, factory and other internal departments
Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions
Help engage with UK and international customers via the telephone, email, or chat to schedule field service bookings based on their preference and service availability
Preparing the monthly sales forecasting reports
As the Customer Experience Team Leader, you will need to possess:

Previous experience working as a Team Leader, ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
Experience in a manufacturing environment and sales order processing/administration
Knowledge of Exports
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
