YOU Recruit is looking for an amazing Marketing Assistant for our growing team!

The Marketing Assistant will be working with one of the leading financial services firms based in Manchester, dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions to their clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing division. The successful candidate will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and conducting market research. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and an interest in the financial services industry.

What’s on offer:

CONTRACT: Full-time, Permanent position

SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 P/A - DOE

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Hybrid

What you’ll be getting up to:

* Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, executing, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.

* Content Creation: Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and social media content.

* Social Media Management: Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as engaging with followers and using marketing day-to-day software and tools.

* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Assist in gathering and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies.

* Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with vendors and partners.

* Brand Management: To assist in the creation of the Brand Guidelines. Implement and manage once created. Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.

* Analytical Support: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements based on data insights.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support various marketing initiatives and projects.

What we’re looking for:

* A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable

* Experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry is desirable

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics).

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus
