Sales Executive - About Us:
At Evalu-8, we're shaking up the HR and Health & Safety software scene. Armed with our cutting-edge product and more enthusiasm than a fan at a football match, we're making waves. Nestled in the bustling Earl Business Centre in Oldham, you’ll join us as a Software Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base. Your mission? Should you chose to accept it... Engage businesses via the telephone to introduce them to Evalu-8's game-changing software. Spark interest and schedule online demonstrations like a boss.
Sales Executive - Day to day responsibilities:
* Ensure you have a good understanding of Evalu-8’s products; HR software and health and safety software.
* Cold call businesses, identify and engage with decision makers by asking open questions to uncover a potential need for our software.
* Use the CRM to record details of the calls, manage your pipeline, tasks, emails and meetings etc.
* Book demonstrations with potential customers, call them to confirm attendance or re-arrange if necessary.
* Be accountable for your performance of KPI’s such as volume of calls and demonstrations booked.
* Ensure a high standard of customer experience and professionalism
* Work collaboratively with the business development team
Sales Executive - Essential requirements:
* Relevant experience in a similar environment
* An outgoing, energetic and ambitious outlook
* Articulate, positive, professional verbal and written communication
* Ability to self-motivate and work towards targets
* Experience using a CRM
Sales Executive - Now, the perks:
* A generous starting base salary of £25,000 to £30,000.
* Generous commission
* Up to 41 days of annual leave (broken down below)
* No evening or weekend work – just Monday to Friday 9 to 5.
* 25 days of leave, with an extra day added for each year of service (up to 5 extra days)
