Secondary Primary SEN Teacher

Timeplan Education is recruiting a Qualified Teacher to join a primary PMLD school in Hillingdon from September 2024. The role will be on a full-time basis until the end the academic year and you will be responsible for planning and delivering all core subjects. You will also be teaching a small KS1 class.

Job Responsibilities

Comfortable leading interactive lessons
Responsible for teaching children with PMLD, ASD, ADHD and SEMH
Ability to engage and support pupils' learning
Develop therapeutic relationships with pupils
To promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in learning activities and maximise their achievement

QTS
Experience teaching in SEN schools
Experience working with children with SEN and SEMH
Able to de-escalate and support emotional regulation
Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 12-39 weeks
