Position: Mechanical Site Supervisor / Manager
Location: Oxford
Duration: 22 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break deducted)

Storm Associates is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Project Manager for a 22-week office fit-out project. You will oversee a team of 20 mechanical workers, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of 20 mechanical workers.
* Oversee daily site activities and ensure project progression.
* Enforce Health & Safety regulations.
* Coordinate with other site managers and subcontractors.
Requirements
* Valid SMSTS, SSSTS, and CSCS cards.
* Experience in mechanical site management.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Rate between £280 - £320
