Hunter Mental Health is currently working alongside an excellent Duty and Assessment team and assisting in their search for a locum Assistant Team Manager.

Key details of the position:

Job Title - Registered Social Worker (MUST have 2 years post AYSE experience)
Location - Enfield
Duration - 3 months on going
Schedule - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Start Date - July 2024
Rate of pay - £40 - £44ph (Umbrella)

Key information about the role:

Pay rate range from £35 to £39 per hour working
35 hours per week
The post holder will have substantial post qualifying experience (no less than 3 years) in a statutory social care setting.
Must have Prior Deputy Team Manager / Practice Manager experience
Practice at a higher level in complex situations which includes deputising for the line manager
It will be desirable for the post holders to have a Practice Educators Award and/or experience of supervising less experience staff
Experience of working in a Duty & Assessment service is desired Some case holding responsibility car driver is a bonus
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

Current and valid registration with the SWE
Proven experience within a Social Working role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Car driver to travel across multiple sites
Fully on site and hybrid/remote working to be discussed during interview (team can offer up to 2-3 days remote)
