We are a well established Multinational that is a leader in our industry and we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of health and safety . We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an In-House Health, Safety, and Transport Manager Trainer. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to safety and excellence in transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for drivers, focusing on CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) requirements.

Create and update in-house training content, ensuring it meets current regulations and industry best practices.

Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance drivers’ knowledge and skills in health, safety, and transport management.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and transport regulations.

Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in health, safety, and transport management, with a focus on driver training.

CPC Trainer certification or equivalent qualification.

Strong knowledge of health, safety, and transport regulations.

Nebosh

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £40,000 plus up to 10% Bonus, Car/Allowance, pension, 33 days holiday as well as an extended benefits package.
