We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn up to £12.75 per hour.
Customer Service Advisor benefits:

Customer Service Advisor role:
* Handle all inbound calls regarding but not limited to bookings, lost property, accounts and driver queries.
* Process a large number of bookings in each shift.
* Fully investigate and resolve all queries.
* Build relationships with a friendly and positive approach.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
* Be self-motivated, adapting positively to change.
* Hold excellent IT skills; ability to update and utilise the in-house computer systems.
* Readily accept responsibility.
* Have an upbeat and positive attitude.
* Provide a high level of customer service to drivers and customers.
