As the Revenue Manager you will play a key role in this hotel and spa business. the Revenue Manager will play a key role coordinating revenue management processes and procedure across all areas of the business and various other stakeholders.

You will provide forecasts, reports and insight based on a range of revenue and booking data across all of their streams. The Revenue Manager is also responsible for analysing booking patterns comparing forecast against performance and working with the sales team to create new rate plans for any promotions. This is a varied and key role and will give you the opportunity to work with all senior stakeholders of the business at this exciting time in their growth.

Day to day responsibilities for the Revenue Manager include

Analyse booking trends to improve forecasting accuracy
Review the success of offers and promotions
Liaise with Meetings & Events teams on any corporate bookings and adjust room availability and price for direct bookings and OTA's
Sharing revenue data to key stakeholders with findingsweekly
Required skills and qualifications.

Essential to have previous experience as a Revenue Manager within the industry including rooms, F&B and ideally spa
Excellent and analysis skills with the ability to raise issues around performance or revenue gaps
High attention to detail with a can-do attitude and excellent organisational skills.
