Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Kensington, Liverpool

Contract Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities: As a HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our KS2 classes. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Leading small group activities and interventions to boost student learning
Implementing strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
Supporting the development and well-being of all students in your care
Contributing to the overall ethos and success of the schoolRequirements:

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working within KS2 is highly desirable
Strong behaviour management skills and a proactive approach to maintaining discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for working with young children and helping them achieve their bestIn order to apply, we will need:
