Graduate Sales Executive – IT Services

Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 Base, £34,500 OTE + Excellent Benefits

Are you a recent graduate or a professional with 6-12 months of sales experience looking to fast-track your career in a rapidly growing IT services company? Our client, a leader in data protection and cyber security solutions, is looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join their dynamic team in Leeds.

We’re looking for a Graduate Sales Executive (or someone of graduate caliber) who is passionate about technology and eager to develop their career in IT sales. This role will give you the opportunity to work with clients ranging from SMEs to enterprise-level organizations, providing innovative cyber security awareness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Targeting clients across a range of sizes and industries

Engaging with decision-makers at the C-level

Focusing on new business development with an entrepreneurial approach

Conducting research on prospects, gathering sales intelligence, and mapping out targeted accounts

Creating and executing lead generation campaigns

Generating qualified appointments

Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns

Participating in ongoing product and sales training

Who We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate or someone of graduate caliber with 6-12 months of experience in sales (telesales, inside sales, or customer service with a strong sales component)

A results-driven achiever with strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Quick learners with the ability to understand new products and technologies

Articulate, competitive, and passionate team players

Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals

Analytical problem-solvers who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments

A competitive starting base salary of £25,000

An achievable first-year OTE of £34,500
