• 5+ years of web development experience.
• Expert with HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, Webpack (or similar), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Preference for lightweight development, avoiding heavyweight frameworks like React.
• Experience working with 11ty, Hugo, or similar static site builders.
• Experience with CMS and Git-based web development.
