HR Transition Manager - Brussels - 9 months contract

One of our important clients is looking for a HR Transition Manager in Brussels for a 12 months contract. The day rate is negotiable.

Description de la mission:

The Customer is implementing SAP SuccessFactors and is looking for HR Transition Manager for (on average) 5 days/week (on site presence required) from ASAP until 31/12/2019 (possible extension until max June 2020). The candidate we are looking for is a qualified Project Manager to work with business and experts to create, maintain, monitor and manage a project cutover planning for a large and complex project scope.

General Info of the assignment:

The HR Transition Manager will be part of the SuccessFactors implementation team and reports to the HR Project Manager.

As part of the job, the HR Transition Manager will work closely with the Transition Managers of the other SAP projects that all have interdependencies and common go-live.

The HR Transition Manager will determine together with senior management the Transition strategy and will work out the cut-over activities together with the project management team.

He/she will draw up the cut-over planning (in alignment with the overall project planning of all affiliated SAP projects).

As Transition Manager he/she is responsible for the communication and organization of the cut-over activities and close collaboration with all stakeholders (including suppliers). He/she provides advice on quality and reliability of the project.

Service expectations/deliveries:

  • Determine and refine the transition strategy and transition planning;
  • Prepare and communicate to Senior Management about plans & progress;
  • Preparing and updating the cut-over plans, cut-over test scenarios;
  • Coordination of the execution of the cut-over (and the cut-over tests);
  • Ensuring the proper recording of the activities;
  • Determine all cutover requirements and organizational elements;
  • Measure and monitor progress during project milestones (we use an Agile approach)
  • Reporting/providing advice to appropriate stakeholders;

Key skills:

Must Have's:

  • Multiple years of working experience;
  • Multiple experience in transition management roles or similar positions;
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP HR is a must;
  • Stakeholder management

  • Native/fluent Dutch or French speaking + EN (Written/Reading)
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in French and Dutch.
