Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next exciting challenge? We are a leading construction firm specializing in water framework projects and are seeking a dedicated freelance Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Midlands.
Role Overview:
As a Freelance Project Manager, you will be critical in overseeing water infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage water framework construction projects, ensuring all deliverables are met.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet project objectives.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with water framework projects.
* Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification and a Black Card (CSCS Manager card) are required.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
* Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
