Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, driving business growth and forging strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Your key responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Recruitment Experience: 4+ years of experience within a 360 recruiter role with a proven track record in growing a perm focused desk & clients
Achievement-Oriented: Demonstrated success in your career, with the ambition and drive to take it to the next level.
Initiative & Team Spirit: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
Construction Experience: Ideally, you've worked within or have experience with construction recruitment - both contractor and consultancies.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Confidence in building and managing your own client base within the temporary recruitment space.
