Part-Time Administrator Construction Firm

Location: North London

Hours: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Part-Time)

Salary: £13-14 per hour

We are assisting a leading construction firm based in North London in their search for a qualified and experienced Part-Time Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time hours, with the added potential to support the team during peak holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform standard administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and maintaining office records.
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide administrative support to the site and management teams.
Assist in covering positions during peak holiday periods.
Ensure compliance with Excel, Word, Adobe, and other software tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry (preferred but not essential).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and other relevant software.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
