Working as part of the wider finance function this role will still require day to day hands on billing responsibilities all the while overseeing two billing assistants ensuring workloads are completed in a timely and accurate way as possible all the while being that escalation point should questions arise that your colleagues can't answer. Day to day billing responsibilities will include ensuring that billing and charge rates are accurate and apportioned correctly, reviewing invoices that are in process and resolving queries that might arise, improving processes where you see an opportunity to do so and working with colleagues across the business in answering questions and gathering missing information when necessary. This role comes with hybrid working where office presence will be required at least twice a week and is located in central Bristol easily walkable from the bus and train stations.
