The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Assistant Contract Manager to join our Highways Resurfacing team. You’ll support the Contracts Manager in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Your ability to understand project nuances will be key to successful project outcomes.

You instinctively prioritise safety, ensuring all work is carried out in line with our Integrated Management System.

You care about the well-being of the public and your colleagues, and your commitment to safety sets you apart.

You are adept at managing supply chain contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.

You take pride in maintaining accurate site records and liaising with surveyors and customer representatives.

You are passionate about helping team members grow and conducting reviews to support their development. Recruiting additional staff when needed is something you handle with ease.
