Salary: Competitive £35k to £45k depending on experience 40 hours per week annual salary some sleeps will be required Our bonus scheme is excellent.

* We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Deputy Manager who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. To join our small, ambitious and friendly team in overseeing the daily operations of a children's home. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care services for our young people who are at the centre of everything we do.

Essential Qualifications And Experience required for Deputy Manager
* • Diploma L3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* • Willingness to complete Diploma L5 L&M in H&SC • Previous experience as a supervisor in a Residential Children's Care Setting
* • Working with children, young people, and their families
* • 24 months experience of working in a residential setting with and managing challenging behaviour as a Senior Support Worker or above
* • Work in a residential setting
* • Ability to manage teams effectively and conduct supervisions
* • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
* • Understanding the needs of looked-after children including managing challenging behaviour
* • Excellent organisational skills
* • Ability to motivate and enthuse staff
